Senior Finance Manager
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take on a central role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and robust financial processes across the Group.
At European LifeCare Group, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Finance Manager to join our Group Finance function. You will play a key role in a fast-growing, international organization backed by a German private equity fund, with operations across Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take on a central role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and robust financial processes across the Group. The position combines operational responsibility, leadership, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit Directors. You will also be instrumental in strengthening and developing our finance function, including insourcing activities and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and annual reporting for Group entities, including consolidation
Drive performance review meetings with Business Units in collaboration with Finance Business Partners
Optimize, standardize, and digitalize financial processes and internal controls
Oversee daily accounting operations and banking activities
Support forecasting and ongoing performance tracking
Take ownership of the financial aspects of ESG reporting
Manage payroll processes in Denmark in collaboration with the Payroll Manager
Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team (accountants and financial controller)
Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Business Unit Directors
Lead the insourcing of accounting activities (e.g., Netherlands currently outsourced)
Monitor liquidity and cash flow
Collaborate across the group to ensure alignment and best practices
Handle ad hoc financial analyses and cross-functional support
Maintain relationships with auditors, banks, authorities, and external stakeholders
Your Profile

Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making
Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
Strong accounting and reporting expertise
Experience with payroll processes and collaboration with payroll functions
High level of system proficiency, including advanced Excel skills
Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus
Fluent in both Danish and English
