Job title: Commercial Analyst.

Contract: Permanent.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm.

JOB PURPOSE: 

The post holder is responsible for supporting VUK management, leading, collating and interpreting commercial data analytics including streamlining tenders and bids processes to support VUK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support Senior Management to create and design trackers to present commercial data.
• Analyse and provide reporting on GM% & CoS, including existing and new opportunities.
• Formulate models to improve CoS and EBIDA supporting VUK business unit.
• Support Senior Management in preparing and supporting budget analytics.
• Consolidating commercial data reporting.
• Assist Senior Management with developing integration between internal platforms (i.e Riviam).
• Analyse historical tenders to improve scalability and efficiently to support business units.
• Support management with the ITT process including the FMT commercial responses and research to strengthen our bids to ensure all potential opportunities are captured correctly within the agreed timeframes.
• Evaluate market trends, market share and expansion opportunities and present to key stakeholders.
• Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position.
• Comply with Company policies & procedures.




EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: 

• Degree or equivalent in Finance.
• Professional qualifications ideally in Finance.
  
• In depth experience in commercial analytics.
• Experience in NHS healthcare system (desirable).
• Ability to submit tenders within health care and write bids.
• Experience in contract management.
• Proven track record in data analysis and improve profitability.
• Analyse high volume data analytics and streamline process.
• Experience with tender process evaluation.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency through modelling and tracking performance.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Excellent IT skills and advanced MS Excel and other business software.
• Excellent time management and decision-making.
• Strong communicator, collaborator.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Analysis and evaluate numerical data through performance metrics.
