Senior HR Advisor

Reporting to the Head of HR and being a member of the Central HR team, a core services provision for our central team, responsibilities will include:
Provide an exceptional HR business partnering and advisory service to the internal leaders, managers & employees and develop and deliver impactful people plans for your functional areas in partnership with your leaders
Ability to quickly build strong relationships with internal leaders, managers & employees and develop and deliver impactful people plans for your functional areas in partnership with your leaders.
Solutions focused and ensure compliance with HR processes and practices in consultation with managers.
Lead and support on HR projects and change programmes which support the people vision and strategy.
Gather and utilise HR management information (MI) to assess trends and enable effective performance measurement and targeting of resources.
Lead and effectively manage a complex HR caseload to achieve efficient and positive outcomes to issues arising.
Effectively support the Company’s growth plans including organisational change and TUPE transfers, leading on the HR aspects.
Manage and co-ordinate all generalist HR matters ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and HR systems and operations.
Support the development and management of HR policies, procedures, and guidance.
Coach line managers, facilitate ER workshops and design/deliver ER training in order to develop ER capability within the organisation
Good understanding and application of employment legislation
Person Specification:
Strong HR generalist experience
Previous experience in a fast paced environment.
Excellent business partnering experience.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning in delivered people related projects.
Relevant experience in Healthcare is desirable.
Ability to coach and develop internal stakeholders, building organisational and people capability –
Previous experience of change management and organisational design.
Brilliant communication and practised influencing skills with experience of building relationships across and at all levels of an organisation.
Commercially aware with the ability to make the complex simple.
Confidentiality and integrity.
Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly. - Strong planning and organisation skills - with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
Team spirit, commitment and strong work ethic.
CIPD qualified
